over 4 years ago – Thu, Aug 29, 2019 at 04:13:07 PM

Fantastic news everyone! Marquis printing has our files and have given us a production completion date of September 25th! So, accounting for shipping time from Canada to Florida, we will have the SCORE! printed books in early October! It has been a long journey, folks, and we are so relieved and happy that we will soon be delivering these amazing, sexy books to you!

We are also working on a smaller print run with another print company of Food P*rn to fulfill the Kickstarter orders! We will keep you updated!

Addressing issues with KrakenPrint
almost 5 years ago – Tue, May 28, 2019 at 07:44:33 PM

Firstly, thank you so much for backing our SCORE! Anthology project. When we launched, I had already completed seven other Kickstarter projects (six of which were books, four of them anthologies). I am proud to say we have always dealt with the hurdles printers can throw at us over the years and fulfilled our projects successfully. Finding a printer that will agree to print erotic illustrated content is not easy by any means. There are very few that will do it, so we thought we had found the golden goose with KrakenPrint. They were comparable in price to printers whom I work with for my SFW book projects and were very helpful in getting us quotes on our books.

We paid them for the books and went through the proofing process. There were a few issues with their proofs that we had to hammer out and once it was all set, the books were approved on February 21st. I was informed they would submit them to the printer that night. Their words on receiving date:

It takes about 9-12 weeks from the factory

receiving the files to delivery. I'd estimate delivery

being in the beginning to middle of May.”

As the delivery window grew closer, we decided to see if we could get a delivery date so we were ready to go when they arrived. We have been reaching out to them since May 3rd via email and phone calls with no response. After many emails, we received one reply from them on May 15th with the following:

I apologize for the delay. I’ve been in Mexico

for a little over a week now. I’ll see what info

I can gather for you.”

There was no followup from them even though we have sent several emails to all contacts addresses we have with their company and I have personally made phone calls every day in hopes of hearing something from them. At the same time, I have been doing research on KrakenPrint and it seems other people are currently experiencing similar issues with this company. It may soon become a legal matter if we do not hear back from them soon.

I want to assure you, one way or the other this project will be completed, the books will be printed, and all Kickstarter backers will receive their books and other goodies. On behalf of everyone on our creative team, we can say that we want to deliver the highest quality project to you and we value your support. Thank you so much for your patience as we get this matter sorted. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

Print Book update!
about 5 years ago – Thu, Feb 28, 2019 at 03:20:42 PM

Hello everyone!

The project is continuing to move forward. We worked out all of the (if you'll pardon the pun) kinks in the book proofs and the files have been sent to the printer for production! The printer has given us an estimated delivery date of early to mid May. Once we receive the books, we will begin packing and shipping orders to all of you amazing backers!

If you need to change your shipping address before then, you can do so by revisiting your BackerKit survey (link will be in your email* from Backerkit). There you will find a link button at the top right of your survey page that will allow you to edit your address.

* If you accidentally deleted the email containing your BackerKit survey, you can recover your survey by going to our survey recovery page. Enter the name of the project you backed and then the email address you used to pledge on your crowdfunding platform.
